From this page you could access every online birth database for the Idaho state, such as Idaho birth certificates, birth records, Idaho birth indexes, birth notices, and other records.
The Bureau of Vital Records and Health Statistics of Idaho reserves records for birth and death events filed from July 1911 to the present. Older records may be found in some counties’ files, but each county has only records of vital events that happened in that county.
To order a certified copy of a birth certificate you should be on of the following individuals:
- Immediate family members
- Legal guardian
- Legal representative
Required information to order a certificate:
- Full name(s) on the record
- Date of birth
- City of birth
- Mother’s full maiden name and father’s full name
- Purpose for the certificate
- Your relation to the person
- Your return mailing address
- Your signature
Mail your request including application form, a check or money order for required fees ($13.00 for a certificate copy), and a photocopy of identification to the Office addressed below:
