From this page you could access every online birth database for the state of New Hampshire, such as New Hampshire birth certificates, birth records, New Hampshire birth indexes, birth notices, and other records.
The New Hampshire Department of State’s, Vital Records Office reserves records for birth, marriage, divorce, death, and other vital events.
New Hampshire records aren’t public records and only persons who can prove a “direct and tangible interest” in the birth certificates can get an access.
You should have the New Hampshire’s access requirements if you want to order a certificate copy. If you are not qualified to get a record for someone (like a friend or loved one), you could buy a gift certificate allowing the qualified recipient to get a copy.

The fee for a vital record search is $12.00. If the office finds a record as a result, a certified copy will be issued for you with no additional cost.
You may also request a certified copy by going to the office in person.
