Search Washington birth records

From this page you could access every online birth database for the Washington state, such as Washington birth certificates, birth records, Washington birth indexes, birth notices, and other related vital records.

The Washington State Birth Certificate System collects data relating to all births occurred in the state of Washington. It has similar information about mothers who have a baby in another country or state, but stay in Washington.

Information is collected about the mother, the pregnancy, the child, and the father. The data is gathered in birth centers and hospitals from worksheets completed by medical staff or parents, from medical charts, or from both sources. Family members and midwives who deliver a baby collect the information from the records or from a parent and complete the birth certificate.
